Return & Refund Policy

Shirt(s) can be returned if they have not been worn, are unwashed, are defective or damaged, or if the wrong shirt(s) were received.

Cancelations & Shipping Policy

Item(s) ship 3-5 business days after orders are placed. If you would like to cancel your order, you must email us at gardeanofeve@gmail.com before the shipping label is created. Shirts are made to order, so once the shipping label is created that means the shirt is being made.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in brand new condition - shirts cannot be washed or worn, they must be unused.
  • All original components must be included:
    • The shirt(s)
    • Original packaging
  • Packing slip that shows proof of purchase is required.

Important Notice

Once a shipping label has been created, your order is considered processed and can no longer be canceled. If you change your mind after it has shipped, you'll need to wait until delivery and then request a return.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if any item is defective, damaged or the wrong item. We will do everything we can to make it right!

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital Products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item(s) qualify, feel free to reach out.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. To get a different product, return your item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We'll notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
